Corrections first, everything else after. If something on this site is wrong, we want to know - that is the fastest way to make the site worth reading.

Corrections

A term we misread, a payout time that does not match your experience, a licence detail out of date, a broken link. Include the page URL and what you believe is wrong.

Questions and feedback

Questions about a review, a request for a site to be tested, or feedback on the methodology. We read everything, though we cannot always reply individually.

Operators

Operator enquiries

Partnership and affiliate enquiries. Please read the affiliate disclosure first - we do not sell placements, scores or the removal of criticism, and asking will not change that.

We cannot help with an operator dispute directly

WagerVerdict is a publisher, not a regulator, and we have no power over an operator decision on your account. If a withdrawal has been refused or an account closed with a balance, complain to the operator in writing first, then escalate to the alternative dispute resolution body named in their terms, then to the regulator that issued the licence. Our licensing guide explains how to find both.

We cannot give gambling advice or support

If gambling has stopped being entertainment, please contact one of the free, confidential services listed on our responsible gambling page. They are trained for this and we are not.

Response times

Corrections are handled first, usually within two working days. Reader questions and operator enquiries take longer. Anything that looks like an attempt to buy a placement or pressure us over a published finding does not get a reply.

Gambling can be addictive. Only bet money you can afford to lose, set deposit and time limits before you start, and never chase losses. Free confidential help is available from BeGambleAware and GamCare.
